• The 7th grade ELA SpringBoard curriculum is designed by College Board for PreAP and AP courses.

• This curriculum is aligned to future Advanced Placement (AP) courses and to the SAT exam.

• The data shown from utilizing this curriculum program is already indicating growth in both reading and writing skills.

• The SpringBoard curriculum program is continued in 8th Grade ELA to ensure scholars are prepared for the STAAR test, but also high school and college.

• During the second semester, scholars participate in a PBL for the Model United Nations. Model United Nations facilitates scholars knowledge of the world while focusing on global leadership and public speaking.
